Very Important information ! Deadline to register and  have your name and address on the participants list distributed at the congress : Friday 9 September 2010. After this date, this will only appear on a list printed during the congress and distributed  at the end. Register quickly to be part of the large FIATA Community!

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Upon your arrival at the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport….

FIATA Welcome Desk

Just after the customs clearance, a FIATA Welcome Desk will be at your disposition on Saturday 2, Sunday 3 and Monday 4 October from 6:00 to 16:00 to help you for any matters. Do not hesitate to ask the hostess for any information.

Airport fast track lane

It is confirmed from AOT (Airport Authorities of Thailand) that the attending delegates can, when landing at Bangkok Airport, enjoy a separate Fast Track Lane which enables them, having a very easy passport checking after arrival.

Arriving delegates have to look for the Fast Track FIATA Lane, then show their passport AND the registration confirmation which will allow them an accelerated passport control.

Limousine Service

As of Saturday 2 October, during the welcome desk opening hours, a special limousine service is at the disposition of the participants.

Airport rail Link

The Speed-Train-Connection from Suvarnabhumi Airport – City Terminal Makkasan – Suvarnabhumi Airport will be opend to public as from 23.08.2010.

Costs THB 100.—per ride (till end of this year)
